We will however replace, credit or refund this merchandise at our discretion, if returned to us within 7 days in the same condition as when purchased, and if in our sole judgement, this part is defective. We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by the installation, removal or use of this merchandise. All returns must be accompanied by this invoice.
This Warranty is given in addition to and notwithstanding any rights the customer may have under State and Government Law.
